LinkedInHi, I’m Niley 👋 (pronounced Knee-Lay). I grew up in Brazil, where design isn’t just visuals—it’s how you make people feel. That perspective has stayed with me, and it’s what I bring into every project today. Before starting this studio, I worked across graphic design, global event production, and UX and Product Design. I’ve built experiences for thousands at tech conferences, designed decks that helped founders raise millions, and shaped brands that needed a clear story to stand out.
At Bossa, I lead every project myself. When the work calls for more, I bring in trusted collaborators like developers, UX specialists, and content partners so you get the right expertise without the overhead. This studio is my way of keeping design personal, strategic, and a little playful. Because the best design doesn’t just look good. It makes sense, it connects, and it moves people.
