Community.co, a white-label platform powering executive communities for brands like Forbes, Rolling Stone, and Fast Company, needed a new way to drive engagement across its communities. Members were asking for a simple way to spark conversations and gather input.

CHALLENGE
Groups were active, but participation often stalled at the “like and scroll” level.
The client needed a way to spark richer conversations and give members a reason to lean in.
SOLUTION
The solution had to be lightweight, flexible, and fit seamlessly within the existing product flow.
We designed a Polls post-type feature—a clear, intuitive way for group members to ask and answer questions. The design balanced functionality with simplicity:
Simple creation flow that didn’t overwhelm the user
Flexible options for different kinds of groups and conversations
Seamless integration into the product’s existing posting system
The result was a feature that felt natural to use and kept engagement high from the start: designed to make participation effortless while deepening member connections.
OUTCOME
We reached 70% of our 4-week goal within the first 2 weeks of implementation.
